We are recruiting for Registered Nurses to work in and around Norfolk
Main responsibilities of Registered Nurse role:
• Work within the NMC codes of conduct
• Assess patient’s health and well being
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs
• Work autonomously with minimum supervision
• Provide support to care staff and nursing staff as appropriate
• Ensure effective communication with relatives and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure confidentiality regarding all aspects of care is maintained
• Understand care planning processes and have experience of writing care plans
• Experience of working with residents with various health needs
• Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
• Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improve service delivery and outcomes for residents
REQUIREMENTS
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Nursing Qualification
• NMC Statement of Entry
• In date DBS (preferably on the update service)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Ability to work well within a team, working towards the same goal
• Have a passion to deliver great care and support.
• A driving licence would be advantageous, however is not essential
HOURS OF WORK
Various shifts to meet the hours you want – Early, Lates, Long days or Night shifts
